Yes. The State of Michigan requires that security guard agencies carry liability insurance and certificates are available upon request. Certificates of insurance can also be sent from our carrier to your organization once an agreement is in place.

Each site is monitored supervised and has site-specific “POST ORDERS” to comply with our guidelines and customer expectations. Our staff will remain in contact with the client periodically to determine their needs. We also provide a “WEEKLY UPDATE” to our clients on issues or concerns that occurred over the last week. Written instructions will be given to the guard and a walkthrough so that a complete understanding of expectations is provided.

Yes. We have a minimum of 4 hours whether they work that full time or not. We have an obligation to comply with a service agreement between you, the client, and HSG, the service provider.

Yes. We can provide uniformed security guards, or alternatively, a plainclothes guard for a variety of functions. For example, the guard uniform will consist of a police-style shirt with identifying patches with corresponding slacks, black shoes, and a belt.

At the request of our clients, our guards are trained and licensed to carry firearms.

Yes. The Hampton Security Group does offer 24-hour service, seven days a week.
